Event is open to both new and returning players. All returning players are encouraged to bring a friend. Equipment will be available for new members to borrow for the session.

Cost is only $10 per player

All participants from 3:30 to 5:00

Each session is limited to 60 individuals. 

Are you new to lacrosse and don't know what to expect? During this one hour instructional time you are introduced to the basics of lacrosse in stations. Each session will end with a lacrosse game. There will Bismarck Mandan Board Members walking around that are available for questions from the parents. 

BMLA is looking for officials and coaches. We encourage lacrosse parents to join the stations with the coaches to get introduced to the fundamentals of lacrosse. 

Returning players will warm up and scrimmage for the 1 hour.
