Bismarck Mandan Lacrosse Association

Established Spring 2014.

BE PART OF THE FASTEST GROWING SPORT ON TWO FEET!

"Lacrosse is the most fun I've had playing a sport.  I've played golf, football, basketball, track, and wrestling." per a high school player who played two years with us.

August 15th is PLAY LAX DAY!

This Wednesday August 15, 2018 from 2-3:30pm Coach Kurt will be celebrating Play LAX Day on the Capitol Grounds playing a game of garbage can lacrosse. No gear, pinkie ball play, easy and fun. Come join in and celebrate the game of lacrosse. All new players welcome!

THANK YOU for a great season!

Congratulations to our traveling teams for a great weekend in Sioux Falls!

A HUGE Thank you to everyone who came out and helped during our host weekend. It was a huge success thanks to all of you!

Check back frequently for the latest news.  We also have a Facebook page.

The Links page shows where lacrosse has been established in our part of the country.

Our goal is 4th-12th grade boys.  Body checking begins in U14.  New this year is a weekly skill building session for U10, U8 and U6 Co-Ed. This group will meet one night a week during the season. Cost is $50 and includes a mini stick and soft ball!

A girls program is one of our next goals.  We have two coaches with experience in the girl's game.

Girls lacrosse is non-contact and very different than the boys game.  Fargo, Aberdeen, Rapid City, and Sioux Falls have girls programs.

Any willingness to officiate, coach, and/or help is appreciated.  We have four coaches with playing experience and four other coaches.  All eight are US Lacrosse certified.  No playing experience is necessary to coach.  If you've played/coached basketball, hockey, or soccer you can coach lacrosse.

Parents are also needed to perform crucial admin tasks on the field and behind the scenes.  Reach out to any coach or Board member if interested in volunteering!
